The Lynchburg Youth Hockey Association has parterned with the Washington Capitals Future Caps Program. This program consists of 8 instructor led on-ice sessions.
Learn To Play Hockey ice time will be for 1 hour on a portion of the ice. Coaches will divide the group into three sections, with the end by themlobby holding the Little Caps Learn To Play group. The middle section will consist of the Lynchburg Learn To Play Hockey group, and the third section by the far end will be the Lynchburg 8U group. We suggest everyone arrive about 30 minutes prior to the ice time to ensure enough time to get your equipment on. Parents are responsible for helping their children get their equipment on. The best location to do so is in locker rooms provided on the right side of the arena. Locker room designations will be made by the LaHaye Ice Center staff and should outlined when walking into the hallway. If none are listed, please those in skate rental which locker rooms to use.
